the half board option provided a decent variety of food and drinks. the location is conveniently close to the park, making it easy to access and enjoy.

Some rooms were small and lacked amenities, with limited views. the staff could use more training in customer service, as some were unresponsive and unhelpful.

The restaurant Cora, situated near the amazing natural surroundings, offers a good selection of food. the room and bathroom furnishings are comfortable, and the service is pretty good. the breakfast spread could be improved, but the facilities, including the multi, level natural hot spring/park, are top.

The hotel lacks English, speaking staff, which may be difficult for non, Portuguese speakers.

We had a great time during New Year’s at this hotel. The natural hot springs were definitely the best aspect of our stay. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the facilities were well-maintained. We also enjoyed the variety of activities available, such as hiking and horseback riding.

The food was not up to par with the rest of the experience. The buffet had limited options and the quality was mediocre.

I had an incredible experience in this hotel. The beautiful landscape and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The hot pools are unique and definitely worth experiencing. The hotel's location near nature allowed me to create unforgettable memories.

Everything was spot on.

The hot pools at Rio Quente Resorts were the highlight of our stay. The thermal waters were incredibly relaxing and something truly unique. We spent hours soaking in the pools and unwinding. I would recommend this hotel for the hot springs alone.
